Summer training with NiceOne

In summer, I'm pretty much just working out on my pysical strength and condition. That’s why I recently have been started working with NiceOne. Nowadays even amateur athletes pursue their hobbies very ambitiously, especially in adrenaline sports. Surfing, snowboarding, climbing or mountain biking is often done for a whole day without enough breaks, which puts the body under a lot of stress. Better equipment and personal ambition lure a lot of athletes to go up to their physical limits and sometimes even beyond. The problem from the perspective of nutrition scientists: Most of amateur athletes have deficiencies in vitamins, minerals and other esential micronutrients.
The Olympic Training Center Rhein/Ruhr, in cooperation with a University of applied Sciences, studied the eating habits of recreational and professional athletes. The results are alarming and show that both recreational and professional athletes cannot meet elevated nutrient needs with their normal diet. This is the reason why NiceOne was invented. NiceOne analyzed the needs of adrenaline athletes and developed products that are tailored exactly to their needs.
From my own experiences and already quite a long time of testing, I’m convinced, that NiceOne helps my immune system and my body during the time or after hard physical strains to regenerate and stay healthy. Convince yourself and try it or get more infos on: www.niceone.de.

Have beautiful summer while biking, surfing and climbing,

Cheers,

Caja

Passed the sport coastal certificate (SKS) for sailing...let's sail away(-;

Last week, I drove to the beautiful Isola d'Elba in Italy to do the sport coastal certificate (SKS) for sailing with my bro Felix. It was quite an amazing and very informative week with an exam at the end. Thanks to Klaus, the best sailing instructor we can imagine, Felix and I both passed the praxis exam successful. Now we gotta study for the theory part, which is not the smaller part. Hope to pass my theory exam soo, to start my first "real" adventures to get the way more important experience I need.
Once again, big thanks to Klaus and his great patience and motivation he showed us. It really was a honor, that he shared his real experiences with us. Hope to sail with you again soon, I was impressed!!!
Check out following pics taken by my bro Felix Schoepf.

See you on the oceans,
