Breckenridge Pre-Season Edit 2010 "I am just a Cowboy".

Finally I made it to finish my Edit about the few weeks in my Pre-Season in Breckenridge 2010. After all the bad weather we had over there, it was still a really good time with aweseom people. Aaaand we had quite lots fun, as you can convince yourself in the "I am just a Cowboy" - Edit! Have fun(-;

The Bavarian Princess at Nine Knights!!!

Last spring I had the pleasure to be invited as the Bavarian Princess at the Nine Knights Invitational by Nico Zacek. It was just amazing! Check out the article in the Disoriented Digital Mag #2 about it, even its in Italian(-;

I hope to get a Woodward Germany for Christmas!!!!

Besides skiing in the perfect parks of Breckenridge and Keystone I spent some time in the best playgound ever: The Woodward Copper! The trampolines and foam pits give you the best opportunities to try your tricks in a safe way, before stomping them on real snow. 
I wish nothing more than a Woodward for all of us in Germany. It would push the level of riding and give all the young guns out there a way better chance to keep up with the international level. So let's hope for a Woodward Germany/Austria!!!

The Snowparkrally just started!

Have you ever heard about the snowparkrally? It's an unique Photo competition that challenges you with fun missions from December until March in cooperation with Völkl. It challenges motivated young people with fun missions. If you ski or snowboard and if you got a digicam, you're welcome to join the Snowpark Rally 2011. Say "yiha" beeing a Cowgirl for a day in Colorado!

What to do on a bad weather day? That was the question and the answer was, "let's go horseback riding!" So Lena Stoffel, the Romani Sisters and me went to a very rural western style Ranch in the middle of nowhere close to Vail in Colorado. When we arrived the Ranch, the western feeling suddenly got us. While our cowboy guide was preparing some Quarter Horses we were hanging out in the cosy saloon and checked out some nice indian paintings and the trophys of earlier hunting. Then we started our ride through windy and snowy fields behind the farm, passed some Texas Longhorn Cows and reached a pretty beautiful area with rivers, soft hills and old wood. I guess that's the wild wild west. It was such an awesome day with the girls and I really enjoyed it beeing back on a horse since several years. Should get one again to play around with back home(-;

Downday: Beaver Creek Giant Slalom Worldcup!

A few days ago, we took a day off and decided to go to the Giant Slalom Worldcup in Beaver Creek. So Lena Stoffel, Oscar Scherlin, Philip Nordlander and myself drove up there to watch the big Alpine guys racing down hard. Last starter and big favorite Ted Ligety did an amazing race and ended up on the first place.
I had lots of fun watching it and think it's amazing what those guys perform.

A usual day in Keystone!

Skiing Keystone is so much fun right now, I'm lovin it and I appreciate to be here right now. The jumps are awesome and all the jib stuff is sweet, we play around the whole day. Today it's dumping so we have a "DOWNDAY" and it's about to Blog and show you that we also ski besides woodwarding, tennis, gym, swimming, etc.

after arriving Breckenridge and moving into our lovely house with the best roomies ever, Lena Stoffel, Fabio Studer, Bene Mayr, Andi Wittmann, Paddy Graham, Oscar Scherlin and Philip Nordlander we had our first days at Keystone. It's awesome can't wait to ski there tomorrow again.

Do you know the Völkl Snowpark Rally??? It's about a Photocontest with 3 different missions to fulfill, I won't tell you yet. The photos will be judged by professional Photographers as well as us, the Völkl Freeski Team. And the prizes are amazing, like a summertrip to a really cool place with some of the Völkl pro riders.

Sweet Photocontest,...sucessful in the car category with FIAT!

I just got the sweet news, that the amazing photographer Richard Walch and me were successful at the obs-Awards in the category car pictures. The contest was about the "PR-picture of the year", where organizations and brands trying to win with their best pictures. Richard Walch shows me jumping over my FIAT car in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It was quite a funny experience.

Last year the two first editions of the Young Blood Freeski Girlie Camp by Caja Schöpf took place at Kitzsteinhorn (AUT) and on the top of Germany, the Zugspitze. Quite lots of super motivated girls took part and we had a really awesome time skiing, coaching and spending the evenings together. We have strong and experienced coaches from the Völkl Freeski Team, who are motivated to show you how to have fun in the park and learn new tricks. 

Since the first year was so successful, we decided to continue with a second edition at Zugspitze (GER) on the 14.-16.1.2011 and welcome all motivated girls out there to register. It doesn't matter if you're totally beginner or already advanced, if you love skiing with some other cool girls, be fast and register. I promise, you won't regret it(-;

Welcome to my new sponsor Dakine - Salesmeeting in Chamonix

„What, driving 7 hours to Chamonix and back to the Dakine Sales meeting?“ Ya, I did and it was amazing. Last Sunday I had the pleasure to drive to Chamonix with charming Aline Bock (Freeride Worldtour Winner Snowboard ‘10) to take part in the Dakine Salesmeeting. Meeting the whole Dakine Crew from Hossegor and most of the winter Team was lots of fun and I really enjoyed it getting to know all of them better.

I guess the Pics speak for themselves what a great time we had and that some interesting ideas came up to place the products in a creative way. Like every sales meeting does end with a unforgettable party, so did we.  We had a great night partying and dancing in the legendary “chambre neuf”. Once again, cheers to Aline, it was a pleasure to party with you again like in old days.

And great Thanks to Dakine for the awesome days in Chamonix!!!

Peak Performance Summer Collection Shoot in Corse

 Just a few weeks ago, I had the really nice opportunity to go to the beautiful island Corse (FRA) and do the Peak Performance Summer Collection shoot. Great chance to catch some sun before winter starts finally. Corse is a really versatile island with nice beaches, delicious restaurants and rough mountains. The perfect place for epic hiking and running shot. Sweet times with the whole photo- and filming crew there. Corse is definitely a place to go.

Hello everybody,

Summer ends, Winter starts and I'm stoked to see it's been snowing a lot already. The Bike&Surf Season is about to end and I'm looking forward to meet you all in the mountains to ski and snowboard again.
