Why I didn't post that much the last few weeks? Because I was helping Andi Wittmann, Nico Zacek and Stefan Weitnauer to organize a milestone setting event in the mtb world. One week ago, the first Nine Knights MTB Invitational was held at the Urlaubsarena Wildkogel/Bramberg in Austria. Known as a breathtaking event in the world of freeskiing, nobody really knew what to expect, but our expectations have been exceeded! Riders like Kurt Sorge, Amir Kabbani, Yannick Granieri, Pierre Edouard Ferry, Martin Söderström, Geoff Gulvich, Timo Pritzel, Andi Wittmann (the host himself) and many more joined the spectacle for one week. And photo legends like Markus Greber (GER), Steph Candé (FRA), Harookz (CAN) and Matthias Fredriksson (SWE) made their way from near and far.
The output photo-, film- and mediawise in general is amazing and will write history. Besides, we all will have the best memories of this week and I'm really proud and honored to be a part of it. I'm already looking forward to the Nine Knights MTB 2012. It will happen for sure!!!
Convince yourself and check out the highlight video as well as the winner shots of the 4 legendary photographers!!!
